Our wash and fold service includes sorting your laundry by color and fabric type, washing with premium eco-friendly detergents, drying at appropriate temperatures, folding or hanging items neatly, and packaging everything for delivery. We also include free stain treatment for subscription customers and can accommodate special fabric care requests.

Simply schedule a pickup time through our booking system or by calling us. Our driver will arrive during your selected time window to collect your laundry in provided bags. We'll process your items and return them clean and folded within 24-48 hours (or faster for priority service). You'll receive SMS and email notifications at each step, including when we're on our way for delivery.

You can cancel or reschedule your pickup anytime up to 2 hours before your scheduled time slot at no charge. Simply contact us via phone, email, or through our chat support. For subscription customers, you can also pause your service for up to 4 weeks without penalty if you're traveling or don't need service.

Yes! We exclusively use environmentally safe, biodegradable detergents that are hypoallergenic and free from harsh chemicals. Our products are gentle on sensitive skin and safe for the environment. If you have specific allergies or prefer to use your own detergent, we're happy to accommodate that request at no extra charge.

Our subscription plans provide regular laundry service at discounted rates. Choose from Weekly Wash (20 lbs/week), Bi-Weekly (40 lbs total), or Unlimited Clean plans. You'll get priority scheduling, faster turnaround times, and dedicated support. There's no long-term commitment - you can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription anytime. Billing is monthly, and you can adjust your plan based on your needs.

Standard turnaround is 48 hours from pickup to delivery. Subscription customers get priority 24-hour service, and our Unlimited Clean plan includes same-day service options when scheduled before 10 AM. We also offer express service for urgent needs at an additional fee. You'll always receive real-time tracking updates so you know exactly when to expect your clean laundry.

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept items contaminated with hazardous materials, heavily soiled items with bodily fluids, leather or suede items requiring specialized cleaning, and items with significant damage. We do handle delicates, comforters, and most household linens. If you're unsure about a specific item, just give us a call and we'll let you know if we can accommodate it.

Once we pick up your laundry, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can monitor your order status in real-time through our system. We'll send you notifications when we receive your items, when they're being processed, when they're ready, and when our driver is on the way for delivery. You can also call or text us anytime for an immediate status update.

We currently service the 21060 zip code area and surrounding communities including Glen Burnie, Pasadena, Severna Park, and nearby neighborhoods. Enter your zip code on our booking page to confirm we service your area. We're constantly expanding our coverage, so if we don't service your area yet, sign up for our waitlist to be notified when we do.

Yes, all items in our care are fully insured. We take every precaution to handle your belongings with care, but in the rare event of loss or damage, we provide compensation based on the item's value. We recommend removing valuable items and checking pockets before pickup. Our insurance covers up to $500 per load for standard service and higher limits for premium plans.

Absolutely! We want your laundry done exactly how you like it. Let us know if you prefer items hung instead of folded, specific folding methods, separate packaging for different family members, or any other preferences. Subscription customers get a dedicated specialist who learns your preferences over time for consistent results every time.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and digital payment methods. For one-time bookings, payment is processed after service completion. Subscription customers are billed monthly on the date they signed up. All transactions are secure and encrypted for your protection.
